What metal do you use for your products?
All products are made from Silver 925 and are coated with rhodium or gold to extend their shine.
Do you have a physical store?
While we do not have a physical store currently, we do participate in exhibitions from time to time. Stay tuned to our Facebook and Instagram pages to learn about our next exhibit when it happens.
How do I measure my ring size?
You can use our Ring Size Guide for measuring your ring size.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After order confirmation it will take 10 working days for your order to arrive. In case of any delay, we will notify you.
How can I track my order?
You may use our logistics partner’s link to track your order. The shipping order details will be provided to you via email as soon as your order is shipped from our end.
Why is my Silver Jewellery changing colors?
Silver Jewellery needs care. We have outlined some useful guidelines for you under Silver Care. If care is ignored, silver jewellery can change its color and tarnish. Tarnishing is a natural process which is caused by oxygen and moisture coming in contact with the metal. Tarnish is only on the surface of the metal and can be polished again to restore the color and shine.
What is your return policy?
Jewellery is a keepsake, and we respect that. Please have a look at our return and refund policy for clarification
If an item is out of stock, can I still order it?
Yes, as soon as you place your order, we will make it for you. Order delivery time will increase but we will keep you informed through the contact details provided by you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request to cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we will not be able to accommodate cancelation or modification requests. We reserve the right to accept and/or deny all such requests and would appreciate your understanding in that regard.
