Nuqrah kept me posted at every step, from postage to delivery. Courier were not very efficient but I did not have to chase the seller at all - Nuqrah kept messaging me with updates and chased the courier themselves. Very conscientious and honest customer service

I have not personally seen or worn them yet, but on delivery, they look as pretty as on the Nuqrah website. The garnet doeslook very good quality. It would be nice if the source/origin of the stones is added to detail, as I like to buy things that are of Pakistani origin rather than imported.

I ordered the Pearl and Zircon Ring for a family function and was so impressed — the pearls have a soft glow and the zircon band sparkles without being over-the-top. The ring fit true to size, arrived faster than expected, and came in neat, protective packaging. Great craftsmanship and would recommend for special occasions
